How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, in a typical stop-and-go environment, the Hi-Rider will last you through an 8-hour work day. The battery has been tested for continuous use of 5 hours.
Where is the Hi-Rider manufactured?

Are extra handrails and walk boards available to purchase?
Yes.
What is the warranty?
There is a 1-year warranty on electronics, and a 3-year warranty on the frame.
Does the Hi-Rider meet OSHA Requirements?
Hi-Rider comes with the proper safety features to meet OSHA requirements, such as the handrails and lock neutral drive.
We suggest that you check with your local and/or state OSHA representative.
